Korean Startup W. Coding: Find Your Potential

Korean Startup W. Coding

Korean Startup W. Coding helps Koreans find their potential.  Korea has some of the brightest minds in tech.  For example, those that want to seek a career as a software programmer can come to W. Coding and get an entry level software position in 6 months!

W. Coding has been running a programming boot camp in South Korea for a year in order to get real feedback from real programmers.  Now they train potential programmers and help them find jobs.  If they would like to start their own Korean startup then wcoding inc. helps them with that as well.

Courses Offered

W. Coding offers full and part-time programming courses.  The full-time course entails 3 months of training and 1-3 months of working on IT projects.  This way students will already have a base portfolio to provide to local Korean IT companies.  W. Coding has been known to hire some programmers themselves.

 Helping Korean Startups

W. Coding works closely with the Korean startup ecosystem in regards to local companies, accelerators, incubators, and startups.  Therefore they are able to help startups not only develop their products but also help them launch their products.

W. Coding plans to start a work abroad program and are currently looking to partner with cities all around the world.

W. Coding has had over 120 sign-ups who have worked on over 10 projects with startup incubation centers.

Cost

Tuition for the program is very low.

For a full-time student, it will cost $1,000 a month (100 hours).  Part-time students will pay $400 a month (25 hours).   They will be able to work on real projects from websites to web games.  So those that are interested in learning how to program, go check out Wcoding and see if it is right for you.  Once you are a programmer you will always be in demand as it is one of the highly sought after talents in Korea.

Wcoding also helps you find internship opportunities so that you can join a company that is the right fit for you.  They have a large network and once you finish their program they will open up their network to you.  This might be more valuable than the whole program itself.
