Next Step Connections (NSC) is a leading Global Learning Organization and internship placement agency based in Asia. The team has organized a variety of learning programs globally. Since its foundation in 2008, Next step Connections has been creating meaningful programs and collaborations for students. Due to their broad network of partnerships, Next Step Connections offers internship programs, study tours and career workshops to students worldwide.
Western University Students meet Startup Radar
Startup Radar had the honor to be part of NSC’s “2018 Innovation Study Tour”. The company believes that “study trips are unique educational experiences that help students develop greater independence, self-confidence, the flexibility to quickly and creatively adapt to changing circumstances.” Furthermore, students learn to interact effectively with people from a wide variety of cultural backgrounds. The experiences they make are not only unique but will also provide them with valuable future skills.
In order to learn more about the innovative hubs in Asian countries, a group of 12 students from Western University Sydney traveled to Hong Kong, Singapore, and South Korea to meet representative companies. As the tours provided real-life experiences, the students were able to gain an understanding of the startup scene in Asia. During their visit to the 500V2 headquarter our team introduced 500V2 and Startup Radar’s background. Our representatives also prepared presentations about the companies’ histories, Startup Festival as well as insights about the Korean Startup Ecosystem.
