Runway to RISE Seoul: Korean Startup Hauzd

Hauzd

Korean Startup Hauzd is a platform that presents real estate projects using live 3D graphics.  It is possible to see and interact with three-dimensional exterior and interior spaces on PC and mobile phones, whenever and wherever you want.  The appearance of the app is customized according to the needs of each client.  The applications powered by Hauzd technology are highly interactive and immersive.

Hauzd can use its technology to present and assist in selling any type of real estate project.  Projects such as condominium towers for sale, residential properties for rent, office space for leasing, and even exhibits for public institutions such as museums or galleries.

Hauzd developed its own 3D engine which runs on a wide variety of hardware platforms.  It is designed and optimized for high-quality architectural visualization.  This is impossible to achieve using regular 3D game engines.  The software allows you to fully present the project and allows your clients to visualize the spaces thoroughly while revealing all features and options for your project.

KEYS TO WINNING AT RUNWAY TO RISE SEOUL

  1. What is the learning curve for the platform.
  2. Show the difference between showing real estate projects as they do now with the 3D models that Hauzd offers.
  3. Explain how much it will cost and WHY it is worth the cost.

Breakdown:

The target audience seems to be real estate companies.  Therefore it is crucial to show why this 3D graphics model is the future of real estate.  Hauzd goal should be having their platform used in every real estate company around the world.  This is why it is crucial for the system to be user-friendly.  Also, many people do not know how real estate agents currently sell their projects.  Seeing the upgrade from now to what it could be will be huge.  Lastly, the judges will most likely be curious about the cost, not only does Hauzd need to show the cost but WHY it is worth it.  Any use case studies would really come in handy here.
