Korea Blockchain Summit 2018 To Be Hosted In Seoul From 12-13 July

Korea Blockchain Summit joins the trail of numerous Blockchain events that has been outlined to be hosted in Korea. Therefore, it will not be far-fetched to posit that Seoul, especially has become the ‘Mecca’ of blockchain summits in recent months.

The Korea Blockchain Summit, first in the series, will be held at the Grand Intercontinental Seoul from 12-13, July, 2018. If you are thinking of attending the upcoming Korea Blockchain Week celebrations scheduled from 16-20 July, this summit could be a great precursor for you.

The summit is being hosted by Global Blockchain foundation (GBF), “an international Non-Profit social enterprise established with a global vision to build a sustainable blockchain community through international cooperation.” Korea is privileged to host such big summit, as it precedes other global blockchain  events  for the year, notably, Russia Blockchain Summit, ASEAN Blockchain, World Blockchain Summit, and Dubai Blockchain Summit.

In addition to the global conferences, the Global Blockchain Foundation (GBF) also runs a startup competition, ICO Pitches, an Academia as well as Entrepreneurial support programs.

The Korea blockchain Summit will bring together influencers, blockchain startups, ICOs, investors, government leaders, blockchain experts, media and academia to learn about blockchain innovation and technology. Other relevant topics expected to dominate the discussions are IoT and blockchains, cyber-tech, fintech and blockchain, health, manufacturing, insurance and many more.

Furthermore, over 500 industry experts and blockchain enthusiasts are expected to attend the 2-day summit in Seoul. There will also be exhibition, panel meetup, fireside chats, case studies, paper presentations, and technical discussions involving thought-provoking speakers.

The icing on the cake will be the networking party which looks to provide opportunity for participants to connect closely and build partnerships.
